- 3 cups plain Greek yogurt
- 2 English cucumbers, peeled, seeded, and finely diced
- 6 tbsp basil, chopped
- 2 tsp garlic salt
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use. Serve at room temperature.
