- ¾ cups italian parsley, chopped
- 3 tbs cilantro, chopped
- 6 cloves garlic, minced
- ⅓ cups red wine vinegar
- ⅓ cups extra virgin olive oil
- Kosher salt, black pepper, crushed red pepper flakes, to taste
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix thoroughly.
- Server at room temperature.
